In Case You Missed It: Speaker’s Night – October 12: Richard Jordan on Swim Marathons and Marilyn Bell

Speaker Night: December 7 at 7pm – Howard Simkover In 2010, an Ottawa building was demolished that revealed a sign (G.A. Snider, Photographer) painted on the side of a 3-story, red-brick building at the northwest corner of Bank and Slater. G.A. Snider was born in 1856 in Trafalgar Township. Howard Simkover became intrigued with this sign. Who was G.A Snider? What brought him to Ottawa and when? Where did he live? Did he marry and have children? What has happened to his descendants? Join us on a Zoom Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89858566290 to hear Howard’s presentation.
